Traffic Management training and assessing is our core business at City TM services Ltd, and its something we take very seriously. All our Instructors and Assessors are directly employed by us, which ensures all quality remains at our exceptionally high standards. We are not a training agency that sub-contracts all our training and assessments out to freelance people. When you book our Instructors and Assessors we can tell you there and then who will be working for you on that day, and then try to keep that person through the contract to ensure a good working relationship between Instructor and learner throughout their training programme. This relationship then ensures that the candidate feels at ease with their Instructor and performs to the best of their ability throughout.
Our Instructors and Assessors are all time served (over 10 years each) Traffic Management personnel, and all still currently hold full skills cards for all elements of Traffic Management. We have not just read books on the subject and therefore know what to say, we have been on the ground and understand the differences between commercial and operational issues that occur on a daily basis. We then use this experience to guide and nurture your staff through their training and assessment programme’s while teaching them how to install, maintain and remove Traffic Management safely and in accordance with all Quality Assurance procedures and good working practice.
